At theaterhaus berlin, performing artists from both local and international regions can find ideal workspace to further their projects. A sum of 58 rooms, spread across two locations, are available for flexible rental on an hourly or daily basis, well-suited for use in rehearsals, auditions, readings, and presentations.
At our Mitte location, we provide a variety of 24 rehearsal rooms with sizes ranging from 54 sqm to 108 sqm (135 sqm stage).
Currently, the Schöneweide location has 13 rehearsal rooms. Our capacity is expanding due to ongoing renovations, and we anticipate having a total of 34 rooms available, ranging from 52 sqm to 115 sqm (218 sqm stage) in the foreseeable future.
Our rooms are equipped with blackout facilities, mirrors, pianos or dance carpets as needed.
Both locations also have a stage with professional lighting and sound equipment.
Upon request, we can provide storage for props or scenery during rehearsals.
The specific terms of the premises are determined through individual consultation with our contract office.
